My name is Phillip Andrew. I am a musician, photographer, and content creator.

The most compelling art is evocative. They remind us about our past experiences; they speak confidently and strike us with awe in every recollection. This fundamental idea drives everything I publish, in both music and photography.

You can find my projects here on my website. Each piece aims to educate, provide different perspectives, and inspire others to create something of their own. You are welcome to look around whether you are looking for inspiration or want to explore something creative. Thank you for visiting!

The journey...

  1. I became a musician in 2011 after picking up the bass guitar. My friend and I were huge Green Day fans at the time, and he said I should be the bassist for our band (which exists only in memory, though). My debut EP, Koi Fish in Resonance, was released on April 5th, 2024 on all streaming platforms.
  2. I picked up photography as a hobby during my junior year of college in 2019. It soon drove me towards my profession. My photography specialty was headshot portraiture and documentary storytelling.
  3. My YouTube channel began in 2021 as a fun project during the pandemic to stay moving while I was unemployed. It originally started as a productivity, philosophy, and photography channel, but now it centers around music. This led me down the path of content creation, and now I make videos about limited-edition guitar pedals and audio production tips & tricks.

Other stuff…

  1. In 2008 I discovered Super Smash Bros. Brawl and became obsessed with the game series. In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, I main Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid. I am (formerly) the best player among my friends. :/
  2. I attended Rutgers University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Media Studies, a minor in Digital Communication, Information, and Media (DCIM), and a Certificate in the Recording Arts.
